Many concerns can be alleviated with our specialists at a remote appointment without having to visit a clinic. You can easily get in touch with our doctors, therapists and other specialists anywhere. This saves time and offers you the help you need quickly.
If you wish, you can change a booked personal appointment into a remote video appointment with your doctor. This allows you with talk to your doctor face-to-face, but remotely.
Booking a remote video appointment is easy
A remote video appointment can be booked by phone from our clinics, which will also provide instructions on how to attend the video appointment. This is simple; we just need your email address to send an invitation to the remote appointment. You will receive an email invitation that says: You do not need to install anything. After joining the meeting you can join the video call with the “join online instead” button. By clicking on the invitation at the agreed time, you will be able to join the appointment with your doctor. Make sure that your device is at least equipped with a working microphone.
The appointments are subject to a fee, with the exception of the appointment with an infertility nurse. An outpatient fee is added to the fees. If you are entitled to Kela reimbursement, you will also receive it for the remote video appointment service.

Free appointment with an infertility nurse (30 min)
At the appointment, the infertility nurse will explain you the factors that affect your fertility, when to perform a fertility survey and what kind of tests it includes. During the appointment, you can discuss factors related to your reproductive health, such as nutrition, physical activity and lifestyle. If you wish, the nurse can also give you more information about fertility treatments: what modes of treatment are available, when you should seek them and how the treatment path in Felicitas Mehiläinen progresses. Our nurses are also able to answer many questions related to sexuality. You are welcome to book a 30-minute remote appointment alone or with your partner.

The Felicitas Mehiläinen fertility counselling service provides help in all matters related to fertility. A one-hour fertility counselling video appointment includes a specialist’s survey and, if necessary, a treatment or follow-up plan. The price is EUR 141.20 or EUR 123.20 with the Kela reimbursement.

Specialist’s miscarriage counselling (60 min)
Our miscarriage counselling service is a low-threshold service for everyone who has experienced a miscarriage. The one-hour remote appointment with a specialist focuses on aftercare, so that the woman who experienced a miscarriage and their partner can continue to move forward as well as possible. The price is EUR 141.20 or EUR 123.20 with the Kela reimbursement.

Maternity clinic appointment (60–30 min)
Felicitas Mehiläinen’s maternity clinic is a private clinic where the progress of pregnancy is monitored until the child is born. You can book your first appointment at our clinic as soon as the pregnancy test is positive. A midwife designated to your family is responsible for the monitoring of the pregnancy throughout its course. In addition, support is also provided by a specialist experienced in pregnancy monitoring fulfilling the role of a designated maternity clinic doctor. Some appointments can be arranged as convenient remote appointments. Prices: 1st appointment EUR 99.15 or EUR 91.15 with the Kela reimbursement, EUR 49.06 for further visits and EUR 45.06 with the Kela reimbursement.

Childbirth coaching (60 min)
Childbirth coaching provided by a midwife prepares the family for childbirth and meeting a new kind of everyday life with a baby. Remote coaching provides you with comprehensive information and counselling related to childbirth, breastfeeding and baby care. Price: EUR 46.68 or EUR 38.68 with the Kela reimbursement.

Gynaecological appointment (30 min)
This service is for general gynaecological concerns. Various gynaecological concerns can also be treated remotely, such as matters related to pregnancy prevention, menopause or menstrual disorders. Price: EUR 116 or EUR 105 with the Kela reimbursement.

Appointments with a therapist, couples therapist or sexual therapist, individual visit (45 min) or couples’ visit (90 min)
Book a remote appointment with a therapist if you want support in your life or discuss any issues in your relationship or sexuality. You can book an appointment for yourself or with your partner. The duration of individual appointments is 45 minutes and the price is EUR 89.90. The duration of couples’ appointments is 90 minutes and the price is EUR 138.10.
